OFAH Summer Day Camp

 OFAH SUMMER DAY CAMP

If you’re between the ages of 6 and 12 years old, join us for a week at the OFAH Summer Day Camp!

Campers are given the chance to try fishing, archery, air guns, crafts, scavenger hunts, and more! With a different theme every day, our unique day camp program focuses on conservation and all things outdoors.

  • Cost is $290 per camper for the week and an OFAH junior or family membership is encouraged, but no longer required
  • Program runs 9am to 4pm, with before and after care available (no cost) 8am to 5pm
  • Campers are asked to bring their own nut-free, litterless lunch and snacks, waterbottle, sturdy shoes, hat and sunscreen each day
  • Please note: CAMPERS MUST BE 6 YEARS OLD at the time of the camp they are registered for. This is a safety factor due to some of the equipment and processes they will engage with.

Youth are encouraged to be an OFAH member to participate, but this is no longer mandatory.

Not a member? Call 705-748-6324, or visit ofah.org/join, to sign up for your membership today!

Registration for this year’s OFAH Summer Day Camp is open!

Please note that day campers will only be able to register for ONE week this summer. Any vacant spots will open up to everyone one month later, on Wednesday March 6th at 10am.

  • From the date of registration to April 26 at 4:30 pm, you will receive a 75% refund.

Testimonials

What Participants are Saying

“Just wanted to thank the camp staff and behind the scenes admin people for running a great summer camp last week, my son loved every second of it while he was there. Especially the fishing. Keep up the great work!”

Ryan M.

Parent

“This camp is so much fun! I loved learning about fishing and hunting – my uncle hunts, but I learned a lot! I’ve met so many new friends, some from other schools – our favourite part was the outside games and archery.”

Sadie M.

Age 11

“My favourite part of day camp was the water games we’d play on hot days. My counsellor also loved to fish so he shared lots of fishing stories with us. I almost caught the big bass in the pond! He let go of my hook as I brought him to shore… but I saw him!”
